This website introduces JIREHTECH and accepts general enquiries. It does not accept participant referrals or create mentoring accounts.
Information you enter
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional organisation, topic and message. Sending the form saves your enquiry to a restricted team inbox. Please do not provide health information or referral details.
Cookies and hosting
The public information pages and contact form use no analytics or advertising scripts and load their visual assets locally. Signing in to the restricted team inbox uses authentication cookies supplied by the hosting platform. The hosting platform may process technical access and authentication information to operate this website; this page does not describe that platform’s processing as JIREHTECH participant processing.
Contact and enquiries
JIREHTECH LIMITED is responsible for enquiries sent to sami@jirehtechapp.com. Email enquiries include your address and any information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond and manage the conversation, retaining it only as needed for that purpose and applicable record-keeping obligations. Please do not send health information or identifiable referral details. Contact Sami at the same address about privacy questions or your information. A separate privacy notice will be provided before participant information is collected for mentoring.
Contact form and private enquiry inbox
If you contact us using the form, JIREHTECH LIMITED uses your name, email address, optional organisation, topic and message to handle and respond to your enquiry. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to correspondence and developing appropriate business relationships. Please do not include health or other sensitive information, or details identifying another person.
Messages are held in a restricted team inbox on our Sites hosting infrastructure. Only authorised JIREHTECH administrators can read or manage them. The form uses a hashed network identifier for short-term abuse prevention; we do not store your raw IP address with the message. We apply a 90-day retention period to routine inbox enquiries. Expired entries are removed when the enquiry service is next used, and entries may be removed sooner on request. If a conversation becomes an ongoing business relationship, relevant correspondence may be retained separately for that purpose.
To ask about your information, request deletion or exercise your rights, email sami@jirehtechapp.com. You can ask to access or correct your information, request erasure or restriction where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing.
