Accessibility
We want the website and proposed JIREH Mentor service to be understandable and usable in different ways. This website uses clear headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
Using this website
- Use the skip link to move directly to the main content.
- Use Tab to move between links and buttons.
- Use left and right arrow keys to switch between the two service information tabs.
- Open frequently asked questions with Enter or Space.
- Complete the contact form using its labelled fields. Errors are announced, and a reference is shown when your message is saved.
- Use your browser’s text zoom. The design respects reduced-motion preferences.
Testing and feedback
This is an initial design, not a certified accessibility assessment. Testing with assistive technology and intended users remains necessary. To report an access problem or request information in another format, email sami@jirehtechapp.com.
Access to the proposed service
The intended mentoring offer includes paper, telephone and in-person routes alongside optional digital support. Individual participation and safeguarding arrangements are still being developed.
